Terms of service

These terms apply when you hire Booked Solid Web ("we", "us") to build a website or provide a monthly plan. By paying a deposit, a build invoice, or a monthly plan, you ("the client") agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you pay.
1. Free demos
Demos are free and carry no obligation. A demo is a preview concept; it may use placeholder text or illustrative images until you provide your own.
2. Website build and payment
- The build price is shown on your proposal: 50% is due to start, and 50% is due at launch.
- The deposit reserves your spot and covers work already started; it is non-refundable once design work has begun.
- The typical timeline is about 10–14 days from the deposit, and depends on receiving your photos, logo and business details. Delays in getting these from you can extend the timeline.
- The build includes up to two rounds of revisions before launch. Additional changes are handled as edits under your monthly plan.
- The founding-client price is available to our first five clients and requires a testimonial, permission to use the site as a case study, and at least 3 months on the Growth plan.
3. Monthly plans
- Monthly plans start at launch and renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- Every plan has a 3-month minimum. After that, you can cancel any time with 30 days' written notice (email is fine).
- Included edit time resets each month and does not roll over. Larger projects (for example, a full redesign or new features) are quoted separately.
- The $0-down option bundles the build and the Growth plan into a fixed monthly payment for 12 months. Cancelling during those 12 months requires paying the remaining build balance (the $1,497 build price minus the build portion already paid).
- If a payment fails and isn't resolved within 14 days, we may pause your plan's services, including hosting.
4. Ownership
- You own your domain name, business name, logo, and all content you provide.
- Once the build is paid in full, you own the final design and text we created for your site. If you leave after the minimum term, we'll provide a copy of your site's files on request.
- Images we license or generate for your site may only be used on your website and your own marketing.
- We may show your site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to (founding clients agree to a case study).
5. Missed-call text-back and review requests
These services use your business's phone number and text messaging. You agree to provide accurate business information for carrier registration, to only message people who contacted you or are your customers, and to honor opt-out requests (for example, "STOP"). Carrier approval times are outside our control.
6. Your responsibilities
You confirm that the content you give us (photos, licenses, claims, reviews) is accurate and that you have the right to use it. You're responsible for your business's licensing, pricing and the work you perform.
7. Uptime and liability
We work hard to keep your site fast and online, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, search rankings, or a specific number of leads. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If changes affect an active plan, we'll email you at least 30 days before they take effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
